We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers on this site. Your selected display language may be stored in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers your preference on your next visit; this is not shared with us.
We use the information you submit to review your inquiry, respond to you, and evaluate potential projects or partnerships. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Submitted inquiries are stored in NEOVION's Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online environment, which is operated by Microsoft as our service provider. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms and does not use it for its own purposes.
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage your inquiry, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
We do not share your information with third parties except: (a) with NEOVION group companies and service providers who need it to process your inquiry (such as our Microsoft 365 hosting provider), or (b) where required by law.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us not to contact you further, by reaching out through our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
